MDelivery – your passport will be delivered home

The new document delivery electronic public service is available in all multifunctional centers of the Public Services Agency starting July 28, 2022. Currently, 40 multifunctional centers operate throughout the country, being located in every district center of the Republic of Moldova.

Citizens of the Republic of Moldova who apply for the issuance of passports and extracts from state registers will be able to receive them at the specified address, both in the country and abroad.

MDelivery service is available for passports issued within 5, 10 or 20 working days and will be done for a fee, at the beneficiary’s request only. Currently, MDelivery includes five postal service providers, which ensures the delivery of documents both nationally and internationally: S.E. “Poșta Moldovei”, Nova Poshta, Muvi Express, FAN Courier and DHL. Citizens can choose one of the postal/courier service providers, depending on the delivery time and price of the service.

The procedure for requesting MDelivery service is simple and is carried out at the multifunctional center. When submitting the application for the issuance of the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova, the applicant will be asked whether or not he wants the document to be delivered to his home. If the answer is positive, the citizen gives the operator the telephone number, e-mail and delivery address, and then pays the fee for the requested document and the delivery. After the Agency’s employee finishes the submission of the electronic order for the delivery, a confirmation notification with the number of the MDelivery order will be sent to the applicant at the indicated e-mail address.

The order can be tracked by the number of the order on the official portal of the MDelivery service:
