Anticorruption training at the Public Services Agency

Today, May 10, 2018, the employees of the Public Services Agency participated at the training course organized by the National Anticorruption Center. The training is part of the implementation of the National Integrity and Anticorruption Strategy for 2017-2020. The new strategy focuses on prevention and education measures to prevent acts of corruption.

The training program was focused on ethics, values and integrity. Within it were discussed topics such as: the normative framework for institutional integrity, professional integrity of a state employee, the integrity assessment, the role of a leader in cultivating and strengthening institutional and professional integrity. Also, within the framework of training, the Agency staff were provided with procedures to prevent, deter and detect corrupt practices.

Increased attention has been paid to measures in order to ensure institutional integrity of denunciation modalities of corruption acts and to protect informers, intolerance to integrity incidents, and ensuring transparency in decision-making.

Up to now, about 800 employees have attended the training course organized by NAC, and by the end of the year all employees of the institution will be instructed. Also, at present, the Public Services Agency is in the process of implementing the standard  SM ISO 37001: 2016 "Anti-bribery management systems. Requirements with guidance for use”.
