Modern public services, now in Soldanesti

Starting June 8, 2018, inhabitants of Soldanesti district will have access to modern public services offered by the Multifunctional Center. The opening ceremony was attended by the Head of the Soldanesti district Svetlana Rotundu, the representative of the State Chancellery territorial office Lora Grosu and the Deputy Director of the Public Services Agency Vitalie Ciolac.

At the beginning of his speech, the Deputy Director of the ASP Vitalie Ciolac stated that public service reform is a Government priority and for this purpose the Public Services Agency was formed. „It has been done an enormous work. When apllying for services, the citizens do not have to submit a series of documents. The informations are stored in the state registers and the operators check them automatically”. The Deputy Director also added that „starting today the inhabitants of the Soldanesti district can forget about the unnecessary visits to different institutions”.

The Multifunctional Center Soldanesti is located on 31 august 1989 Street, 17. Previously the branch  of „Banca de Economii” bank was located there. 15 operators work in the office. They provide public services in the areas of the Agency's activities. The  services are rendered promptly according to the electronic queue.

 „This center represents a small Europe. We see the modernization of services that were previously provided by the Cadastral Service, the Civil Status Service and the Identity Documents Service. Now, we see them united in one center, and this fact pleases us”, Svetlana Rotundu, the Head of the District pointed out. The inhabitants of  Soldanesti district appreciate the opening of the Center and believe that the process of public services provision has become faster and easier.

In conclusion, five young inhabitants of the district received their first identity cards. The documents were handed in by the Deputy Director of the Agency within the framework of the  campaign carried out by the Department of population registration, the aim of which is to provide pre-university graduates of the educational institutions with identity documents.
