External surveillance audit performed at the Public Services Agency according to the requirements of international ISO standards

As a result of the surveillance audit, at the Public Services Agency the validity of the certificates of ISO conformity of the quality management systems, information security and anti-bribery was confirmed.

During the period 23-27 September, 2019 within the Agency the Association “Romanian Movement for Quality” conducted the external audit to monitor the continuity of operation, the achievement of objectives and capabilities and to improve the integrated system of quality management, information security and anti-bribery 9001:2015 “Quality management systems. Requirements” and ISO/IEC 27001: 2017 “Information technology. Security techniques. Information security management systems. Requirements” and ISO 37001: 2016 “Anti-bribery management systems. Requirements with guidance for use”.

The scope of the surveillance audit included the Agency’s top management, operational and subordinate subdivisions, as well as the territorial multifunctional centers. The international auditors communicated with the management and employees of the PSA, performed a thorough analysis of the documented information, monitored the activity of the personnel and departments and highly appreciated the actions taken by the Agency’s management regarding the optimization and improvement of the quality of provided services and products.

The independent auditors found that the process of providing public services by the Agency corresponds to the best international practices; they noted the implementation of local solutions on the procedure and technology of providing the services and the created conditions for the applicants, based on a constant analysis of the constructive proposals from citizens.
