The Public Services Agency provides its services according to a prior registration

The Public Services Agency repeatedly draws your attention to the fact that in the context of the epidemiological situation and actions to prevent the spread of coronavirus all the services are provided by the territorial subdivisions according to a prior registration (except for services of vehicle identification and registration) and in compliance with mandatory norms of protection against COVID-19 infection.

It should be noted that the PSA takes all the measures to reduce the risk of spreading the virus in the process of providing public services: organization of its activity, arrangement of the workplace and services provision to the population are carried out in compliance with measures to prevent the infection, and the Agency staff is provided with all necessary protective equipment.

Applicants are also advised to visit the PSA office observing the rules and measures for the protection and prevention of the risk of COVID-19 disease, in particular:

  • mandatory wearing of masks and gloves,
  • observance of a physical distance of at least 1 meter,
  • observance of hand hygiene by disinfection with a special alcohol-based solution,
  • thermometry carried out when entering the institution, etc.

We remind you that citizens can anticipatorily plan their visit to the subdivisions of the Public Services Agency using the Information System “Pre-registration” through the official website of the Public Services Agency www.asp.gov.md or by phone, calling the contact numbers of multifunctional centers, and also the Call Center at the telephone number 14-909. The pre-registration service (online) is offered free of charge and is available 24 hours depending on the office's working hours.

We would like to point out  that starting May 16 this year all the territorial subdivisions of the PSA have resumed their activity according to a special work schedule for citizens, providing  all services within their competence (except for the process of conducting exams for obtaining a driving licence).

More details and informational support are provided by the Call Center at the telephone number 14909 and the official website www.asp.gov.md. For any additional information we are also available by e-mail asp@asp.gov.md, presa@asp.gov.md, and on the Facebook page of the PSA.
