Information for applicants on the audit of personal data processing operations within the Public Services Agency.
Audit of personal data processing operations: process of obtaining objective information on the processing operations of personal data in information systems according to specific criteria and indicators.
Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (subject of personal data). An identifiable person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity (Law of the Republic of Moldova no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data).
The applicants’ requests regarding the processing of personal data are examined in the manner and terms established by the Administrative Code of the Republic of Moldova No. 116/2018 and in accordance with the provisions of Law 133/2011 on the protection of personal data, the Regulation on the manner of examining written applications of citizens and organizations/institutions within the Public Services Agency regarding the audit of personal data processing operations and the Personal Data Security Policy.
The deadlines for storing the audit data on the access of information resources through automated information systems administered by the Agency are set for 2 years according to the Personal data security policy of the Public Services Agency.
The application, posted on the official website of the Public Services Agency www.asp.gov.md, must be printed, completed, signed. The application shall be submitted and registered in person in the presence of the responsible employee of the Public Services Agency (only after identifying the applicant), at the following address: Chisinau, 42 Alexandru Pushkin Street (central office of the Public Services Agency), in the multifunctional centers of the Public Services Agency or by means of an application signed with an electronic signature, by e-mail asp@asp.gov.md.
The audit of personal data processing operations can be obtained through its legal representative or authorized person based on a power of attorney, in which the provision of the audit is expressly specified.
The applicant will receive a response to the application:
- by post, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address specified in the application, or to the postal address, if the applicant has indicated it separately;
- in person, at the following address: Chisinau, 42 A. Pushkin Street (central office of the Public Services Agency);
- in person, at the multifunctional center of the Public Services Agency where the application was submitted;
- by e-mail.
If you send a response by e-mail, the Public Services Agency informs you that sending the data you requested by e-mail may entail certain risks, such as copying, modification or destruction of data by unidentified persons.
