The internal document that establishes the fundamental principles and standards of conduct, rights, obligations and responsibilities of the employees of the Public Services Agency in their relations with colleagues and service beneficiaries. The Code aims to define professional conduct based on legality, impartiality, independence, professionalism and loyalty, to prevent and combat corruption, as well as to create a climate of trust between PSA employees and citizens, with a view to providing high-quality public services in the public interest.
