Public services will be more accessible to citizens

23.10.2017 17:05

Citizens will be able to access public services more easily due to the actions that the P.I."Public Services Agency" undertakes. About the training for launching the multifunctional office of the Agency, Serghei Railean, the Director of PSA, spoke at the "Public Space" program at Radio Moldova News.

“Together with the World Bank and the E-Government Center, we launched an electronic re-engineering project regarding the back office, which involves exchanging information between institutions, and later the operators will become universal”, Serghei Railean noted. Until the software is developed, the citizen will be redirected to the operator responsible for the particular domain. “The citizen will enter the multifunctional center and will choose a specific service he/she wants”, the Director of PSA specified.

Serghei Railean has also mentioned that multifunctional offices, in the future, will also host services of other institutions. “We already have collaborated with the State Tax Service, so that in the districts, citizens could file tax returns at the multifunctional office”.

Another good news is the business environment. The Director of Public Services Agency also stated that within the multifunctional offices will activate a registrar in the field of the registration and licensing of legal entities. Currently, licenses are issued in one office, in Chisinau.
