The Director of the Public Services Agency Serghei Railean participated yesterday in “Moldova în Direct” TV program of the public television, where he discussed the activity of the Public Institution he leads. The head of PSA talked about the measures the Agency has lately undertaken in order to simplify the procedure of providing public services, and also about the tasks to be carried out.
During the TV program Sergei Railean mentioned that the deadlines for providing public services will be shortened and the tariffs will be revised.
The Director of PSA also specified that he is currently discussing with local authorities the development of the Mobile documentation office for citizens. Thus, the “Mobile Offices” of the Public Services Agency will regularly visit the rural administrative bodies to receive the requests for services.
