The Public Services Agency started to use the MTender platform for small value public procurement. Thus, all procurement procedures for contracts up to 80000 MDL for goods and services and up to 100,000 MDL for works will be held in electronic format.
”For us, it is important that public money shall be used correctly and for the citizen's benefit, and this system allows us to ensure maximum transparency regarding public procurement”, the Director of the Public Services Agency Sergiu Railean says.
The MTender system allows any economic operator, including non-residents, to participate in the procurement procedure and the whole process is public. The MTender project is currently at the pilot stage.
Please note that during four months of activity in 2017 the Public Services Agency signed 55 contracts of small value, and since the beginning of this year – 29 contracts. At the same time, we would like to point out that the public tendering procedure and the call for tenders with publication initiated by the Public Services Agency pass through the State Register of Public Procurement.
