Statistical data shows that every sixth inhabitant of the Straseni district has benefited from the services provided by the Multifunctional Center of the Public Services Agency. Since the opening of the center until today 13 thousand inhabitants of Straseni district have requested 28 thousand services in the areas of competence of the Agency. At the same time, a survey conducted via a terminal installed in MC Straseni shows that about 90 percent of the applicants remained satisfied with the activity of the Center and the attitude of the staff.
“To evaluate and improve the whole process of public service delivery, during three months we have tested several operations, such as electronic queue, provision of services for citizens and universalization of operators. Every week, several teams of experts moved to Straseni for monitoring and analysis. Today, I am glad to find positive feedback from citizens regarding the level of service delivery within the Multifunctional Center”, said the Director of PSA, Sergiu Railean, after a discussion with the inhabitants of Straseni.
It’s worth mentioning that most requests for services submitted at MC Straseni concern the registration and evaluation of real estate: about 15 thousand. Next come services of population registration. In less than four months, approximately 9000 identity documents were issued and almost 4000 civil status services were provided by the MC Straseni.
According to the Director of the Public Services Agency Sergiu Railean, the next multifunctional centers will be opened in Cahul, Comrat and Ocnita in two weeks.
