The third Multifunctional Center of the Public Services Agency was opened today, 18 April 2018, in Comrat. The event was attended by the deputy of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova Nicolae Dudoglo, the President of the People’s Assembly of Gagauzia Vladimir Cissa, representatives of local and central authorities.
According to the Director of the Public Services Agency Sergiu Railean, to ensure a good functioning of the single window the institution have optimized the processes and procedures for the provision of public services. „I would like to thank the members of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova for supporting the draft laws that have contributed to the implementation of this principle”, Sergiu Railean said.
In his turn, the deputy Nicolae Dudoglo thanked the administrative board of the PSA for the ability to open in a short time the first „single window” center in the ATU Gagauzia and mentioned that due to it the inhabitants of Comrat will be able to solve all their problems promptly. And the President of the People's Assembly Vladimir Cissa said that the opening of the Multifunctional Center Comrat shows the benevolent attitude of the authorities towards the citizens.
The Multifunctional Center Comrat is located on 36 Lenin Street and has previously hosted the Identity Document Issuance Service. In the office citizens will be able to access more than 1000 public services in the Agency’s areas of competence: registration of population and document issuance, registration and licensing of legal entities, registration and evaluation of imovable property. The staff of the center will consist of 18 operators. It should be mentioned that the Vehicle Registration and Driver Qualification Division is in the same building.
„I am glad that together with the central and local public authorities we can make the lives of Comrat residents better. Dear citizens, we do not stop there, we will continue to work to reduce the number of documents required in the process of public services provision so that finally you come to the Multifunctional Center with the ID card only”, the Deputy Director of the Public Services Agency Vitalie Ciolac said.
So far, two multifunctional centers have been opened: one in Straseni district and the other in Cahul.
