A delegation from the Kyrgyz Republic paid a working visit on April 18-19, 2018, to the Public Services Agency. For two days the representatives of the Asian country have learned from the experience of the Republic of Moldova in using information technologies when providing services based on the „single window” principle.
In order to see how public services are provided in our country, the Kyrgyz officials visited the first multifunctional center opened by the PSA in Straseni. The specialists of the Agency made a presentation to Kyrgyz colleagues in which they spoke about the administrative reform in the field of public services and about the implementation of the „single window” principle in issuing documents to the population. They also specified that due to this mechanism the citizens can access over 1000 public services.
At the headquarters of the Institution the officials had the opportunity to discuss with the heads of departments about the state information systems and the structure of the Agency as a result of the reorganization. The navigation through information resources has been demonstrated through the AIS „Web Access”. This system allows browsing the state information registers and checking data according to the competences of each user. This instrument is used by consular offices and diplomatic missions of the Republic of Moldova. Thus, in the case of loss, theft or deterioration of identity documents of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova their identity can be established in a very short time.
The members of the delegation were impressed by the information technologies that the Public Services Agency implemented in its fields of activity and also by the reform of the public services system.
