In this regard, a working visit of foreign experts was organized together with the teachers of the State Agrarian University of Moldova to the Cadastral Service in Chisinau on Armeneasca Street.
The Head of the Service Vladimir Guritenco made a presentation to the experts, in which he spoke about the administrative reform in the field of public services and the implementation of the “single window” principle for the registration of real estate and rights thereon. “Multifunctional centers have a well-defined purpose, namely to remove all barriers so far and to exclude the multitude of documents in order to ensure a modern, operative and qualitative service”, added Vladimir Guritenco.
The experts were curious to find out how the tasks and responsibilities of the employees are assigned within the Cadastral Service. They followed the entire provision of cadastral services process and visited the document reception room, department responsible for the registration of rights, and the group of cadastral engineers.
