The office is situated in the center of the town, on Independence Street 95/3. There are 18 counters in the Center providing over 1000 public services in the areas of competence of the PSA. Citizens can conveniently and quickly request services related to the registration of population, registration and licensing of legal units, registration of vehicles, registration of immovable property and rights thereon. The use of the „Electronic Queue” automated system reduces the waiting time, and the „virtual ticket” option gives the applicant the opportunity to effectively manage their time.
„This beautiful center we see here is an element of the central public administration reform. The result of the enormous work carried out by both the Government and the Parliament that we want to be appreciated by citizens is already seen”, deputy Violeta Ivanov said. The Mayor of Sangerei Gheorghe Brasovschi thanked the Government of the Republic of Moldova for its concern for people and for quality services.
Please note that the first Multifunctional Center was opened in December 2017 in Straseni Municipality. A survey conducted in the office during three months shows that about 90 percent of the applicants have positively appreciated the work of the Center and the attitude of the staff. The Public Services Agency plans to open 39 Multifunctional Centers.
