The Mobile Documentation Office is the perfect solution to manage your time effectively. Although it was launched six years ago, it continues to be requested by the citizens. The service is provided throughout the country by mobile offices Chisinau, Comrat and Balti.
The Mobile Office can provide the following services: order of identity documents, domicile/residence registration, registration of persons with assignment of state identification number, authorized immigration application, as well as documents delivery.
The Mobile Office can be requested by phone number: 022 25-70-70, 14 909, electronic application on the portal www.e-service.md or written request submitted to any service for issuance of identity documents.
The cost of the Mobile Office order is 450 lei for one person or family members, relatives of the first and second degree living at the same home address. The amount does not include the price of the requested documents.
Please note that the departure is free of charge in medical institutions for the provision of the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova to the child under one year, as well as to the person with severe disability (invalid grade I), who is going to travel for rehabilitation/recovering or for medical treatment abroad, based on confirmatory documents.
For the convenience of citizens, the document may be issued at the office indicated by the applicant or delivered directly to the specified address. The delivery service price is 60 lei in the Chisinau, Balti and Comrat municipalities and 100 lei in other localities of Chisinau municipality.
According to statistical data last year, more than 300 service requests were registered with the Mobile Documentation Office, where 235 identity documents were issued. Also, about 170 documents were delivered via the mentioned service. Most orders came from the inhabitants of the Capital city.
