Starting May 24, 2018, the inhabitants of Floresti district will have access to the public services provided according to the „single window” principle. This is possible due to the Multifunctional center in Floresti which started its activity.
During the official opening, the Director of the Public Services Agency, Sergiu Railean, announced that in addition to the provision of public services in the Agency's areas of activity, PSA will soon release permissive documents. „The 450 permissive documents were reduced to 150, and the citizens will be able to request the service within Multifunctional Centers”, said Sergiu Railean.
The event was also attended by the deputy of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, Mr. Eugeniu Nichiforciuc. In his speech, he said that the reforms which have started in 2016 are starting to show results. „The creation of the Multifunctional center in Floresti is a direct blow to corruption and bureaucracy”, mentioned the deputy. Stefan Panis, Head of the District, said that the Multifunctional center is meant to simplify the process of providing public services to the inhabitants of the region.
It is worth mentioning, that the „single window” principle offers a lot of advantages to the approximately 77 thousand inhabitants of the district. Within the center, the citizens will be able to benefit from public services in modern conditions and in a short time. The 28 employees of the office will provide services to the citizens in all areas of the Agency’s activity, such as: registration and evidence of the population, registration and licensing of legal units, registration and valuation of real estate.
