On April 26, 2018, in accordance with art. 6 of the Law no. 239-XVI of November 13, 2008 on transparency in the decision-making process, the Public Services Agency initiated public consultations on the Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF) of the Project on Immovable Property (Land) Registration, Valuation and Local Taxation, funded by the World Bank.
The draft ESMF was published on the website of the Public Services Agency (www.asp.gov.md) and also on the website www.particip.gov.md before the World Bank approval procedure was passed, so that interested parties were able to get acquainted with the content of the document and formulate any recommendations, suggestions and/or comments.
On May 15, 2018, a public meeting with the participation of representatives of central public authorities, local public authorities, and public associations took place at the Public Services Agency, where the proposals and comments on the draft ESMF were discussed.
The draft ESMF was finalized taking into account the recommendations of the participants in the consultations.
The Public Services Agency thanks all institutions and individuals who participated in the consultation process and contributed to improve the Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF) of the Project on Registration of Immovable Property (Land), Valuation and Local Taxation.
