Another “single window” for the registration and issuance of documents was opened today in Cimislia. The inauguration ceremony of the Multifunctional Center was attended by the Head of the District Iovu Bivol, Deputy Dumitru Diacov, the Head of the Territorial Office of the State Chancellery Ion Mereuta and the executive board of the Public Services Agency.
The director of the PSA Sergiu Railean thanked local authorities for their involvement. “The first letter we received at the Public Services Agency was signed by the Head of the district with the suggestion to build this center. Moreover, he made his contribution by offering the building, concluding loan for use agreement and making investments”.
“It was done a great work to repair the building and arrange the adjacent territory. We hope that this multifunctional center will bring benefits and quality services to the citizens, and we will get rid of the queues we had before”, the Head of the District of Cimislia Iovu Bivol stated.
Deputy Dumitru Diacov specified that the Public Services Agency represents the most significant and important reform. “I think we’ ll open such centers throughout the country by the end of the summer. I am convinced that the population will appreciate it”, the deputy added.
Due to the new center 49 thousand inhabitants of Cimislia district will have access to quality public services related to the population registration, registration and licensing of legal entities, registration and evaluation of real estate. 17 operators will provide services to citizens, and the applicants will be registered by means of the automated electronic system “Electronic Queue”.
The edifice has an area of 850 square meters. Unlike the other centers opened up to now, in the Multifunctional Center Cimislia has a marriage registration hall, which will be furnished over the next months.
During the event, pupils aged over 16 were solemnly handed in identity cards. The action is part of a campaign of the Public Services Agency that aims at providing the graduates of the pre-university education institutions with identity cards. The campaign runs from May 2 to June 30, 2018, in the context of the legislative amendments that have entered into force stipulating the obligation to hold an identity card from the age of 16.
