The Public Services Agency continues to work on optimizing services delivery processes within Multifunction Centers. In this respect, a series of meetings with local public authorities were organized in the districts, where the „single window” principle was already implemented. A joint meeting at the district level was heldon June 7, 2018 at the District Council of Floreşti. The purpose of the meeting was to synchronize the actions of the Multifunctional Center and the administations of the localities of the districts . All the heads of administrations of the district toghether with the Head of the CenterAliona Manole and the PSA representatives met to discuss the aspects of effective cooperation between the parties.
At the same time, in order to ensure favorable working conditions for the territorial-administrative units related to cadastral services, as well as for the secretaries of the Local Committees related to civil status servises, a separate schedule for visits to the center was established. This will not affect the normal mode of service rendering to the citizens , while the time for the service provision will be shorter.
Thus, on the first and the third Thursday of each month the representatives of local administrations may apply to the Multifunctional Center for cadastral services. And for civil status services the secretaries of the Local Committee will visit the center monthly from the 25th to the 27th day to submit the reports. If they fail to observe the established schedule, the services shall be provided according to the electronic queue.
It should be mentioned that the representatives of the Public Service Management Department of the PSA met with the heads of local adinistrations and secretaries of local councils of the other two districts: Cahul and Straseni. Also, the Public Services Agency encourages local public authorities to efficiently and actively work with the multifunctional centers in their area of service.
