The pre-registration for services related to identity document issuance now is free of charge. The modification of the List of Services provided by the Public Services Agency was approved by an order signed by the Director of the institution.
Via the “Electronic booking” information system the applicants can book a service at any territorial subdivision or multifunctional center of the Public Services Agency. Citizens may apply for services via the official web-site of the Agency www.asp.gov.md, by a phone call to territorial subdivisions, the contact number of which are displayed in the “Useful information/Territorial subdivision” compartment, or calling the Call-centre number 14 909.
The pre-registration for services provides priority over the electronic queue at the stage of submission of the application for a service. Other stages, such as payment for the service, taking photos, fingerprinting, etc. will be passed by the applicant according to the queue. Previously the pre-registration for identity documents issuance services was provided for a fee.
Moreover, the pre-registration for cadastral and civil status services will soon be available. Currently the pre-registration for civil status services is only provided for in the main office and the cadastral services are provided without pre-registration.
