Another 80000 citizens of the Republic of Moldova will have access to quality public services after the opening of the Multifunctional Center in Falesti on June 22, 2018. The opening ceremony was attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova Pavel Filip, the Head of the District Iraida Binzari, ministers, secretaries of state and the administration of the Public Services Agency.
“I am very pleased to participate in this event. This project is of particular importance for me. It was initiated by me and my teammates. Our goal is to ensure that when applying for information, for services, people will have to address to the state institutions as rarely as possible”, stated Prime Minister Pavel Filip.
The Multifunctional Center Falesti is located at 18, Stefan cel Mare Street. The building was completely renovated. Due to its design, all the operational processes are in the field of view of the visitors of the center. Citizens are served by 17 operators. In a single institution the population of the district will have access to services related to the registration and valuation of real estate, the population registration, civil status services, registration and licensing of legal units.
According to the director of the PSA Sergiu Railean, for the first time „the citizens of Falesti district will have no need to go to Balti to register an enterprise and get a license, because they can do it in the multifunctional center”. And the Head of Falesti district Iraida Binzari noted that thanks to the multifunctional center opened in the town the task set by the Government and namely the improvement of the public services provided to the population will be achieved,.
During the event, two young residents of the district received their first identity card, free of charge. The documents were handed in by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova Pavel Filip, who wished them lots of success. The action takes place within the framework of the campaign initiated by the Public Services Agency and aims at providing graduates of pre-university educational institutions with identity documents. The campaign is held from May 2 to June 30, 2018 in the context of legislative amendments that came into force and provide for mandatory issuance of identity cards to people, who reached the age of 16 years.
