The 14th multifunctional center of the Public Services Agency was launched on June 23, 2018, in Ialoveni. The event was attended by the Minister of Education, Culture and Research Monica Babuc, Head of the District Lilian Caramanu, the Mayor of Ialoveni Sergiu Armasu and the administrative board of the PSA.
According to the director of the Agency Sergiu Railean, in the Multifunctional Center Ialoveni 20 operators will provide services to the population of the district. „The people will come here and will access modern services in decent conditions”, the director of the PSA added.
The office is located in Ialoveni at 31, Alexandru cel Bun Street. Within the center the residents of Ialoveni district may request public services in the fields of population registration, registration and licensing of legal units, vehicle registration, registration of immovable property and rights thereon. The requests can be submitted to operators at 17 working places, and the issued documents can be received by applicants at two working places. One working place is intended for the graphic station.
„It is a great pleasure for me to see here, in my native district, this well-structured office, where citizens can come and, in very good conditions, solve their problems related to the documents issuance”, Monica Babuc said. She also noted that the goal of the reform initiated by the Government headed by Prime Minister Pavel Filip is to bring public services closer to citizens. Lilian Caramanu, the Head of Ialoveni district, said: "Such services are provided in Europe, and our citizens returning home from abroad understand that reforms are being implemented in our country, too."
It should be noted that all the multifunctional centers of the PSA were designed so as to ensure the provision of services at thehighest level and to meet all the health and safety requirements. Free Wi-Fi is available in all the offices. Services are provided to citizens on the basis of the „electronic queue”, and if necessary, the applicants are provided with necessary assistance by two operators in the information zone. The State Services Agency will open such centers in every district of the country. Three offices will be opened in the capital city.
