Starting July 5, 2018, inhabitants of Anenii Noi district will benefit from quality public services at a single office after the Public Services Agency has opened a multifunctional center in the town. The inauguration event was attended by the Parliamentary Deputy Valentina Stratan, the Head of the District Alexandru Barbarosie and the top managers of the Agency.
According to the Deputy Director of the PSA Vitalie Ciolac, in this office the citizens will be able to access the services that previously were offered by: the State Enterprise „CSIR „Registru”, the Civil Status Service, the State Registration Chamber, the Licensing Chamber and the SE „Cadastru”. „Although we have excluded the territorial principle when providing documents issuance services, for many inhabitants it is important that these services are concentrated here, in the district center”, Vilalie Ciolac pointed out.
The edifice is located in the center of the town at 2B A. Suvorov Street. The office provides high-level conditions for both citizens and Agency staff. The office’s interior is divided into three zones. At the entrance two operators will provide information and assistance to the applicants. In the service provision area there are 16 work places, where citizens will have access to services related to registration of population, registration and licensing of legal entities, registration of real estate and rights thereon. The procedures are digitized, which significantly simplifies the way documents are obtained. Two other operators are responsible for the release of documents.
The Parliamentary Deputy Valentina Stratan pointed out that the opening of Multifunctional Centers of the Public Services Agency is a wish of the citizens, who previously faced bureaucratic problems and large number of institutions providing public services. „We have taken into account the citizens’ requests, so we have decided to simplify the processes and to merge the institutions. I hope the citizens will appreciate the effort made by the Government headed by Pavel Filip”, Valentina Stratan stated.
The Head of the District Alexandru Barbarosie expressed his gratitude on behalf of the inhabitants. „I want to thank for this opportunity, that allows all the residents of Anenii Noi and Transnistrian region to apply for a document in much better conditions”, the official said.
