Now, the economic agents from the Republic of Moldova have the possibility to submit online their declarations and requests for the issuance, renewal and reissuance of licenses and authorizations, managed by the Public Services Agency through the Automated Information System for the Management and Issuance of Permissive Documents (AIS MIPD). The system was launched yesterday, July 9, 2018, at a public event attended by the representatives of the Government headed by Prime Minister Pavel Filip, representatives of the business environment, the executive board of the PSA and development partners.
According to Sergiu Railean, the Director of the Public Services Agency, the launch of the system will allow the economic agent to apply online and come to the office of the issuing authority only once - to obtain a license or authorization. Currently, the applications can be filled out online on the portal www.servicii.gov.md or at the office of the PSA at 47 Aleksandr Pushkin Street. „In addition, these services will soon be provided by the Multifunctional Centers of the Public Services Agency in each district center”, the director of the PSA specified.
At the piloting stage 16 licenses and two authorizations of the ASP are available, as well as 11 permissive documents issued by other issuing authorities. „We have not only reduced the number of permissive documents, but we have also tried to provide the convenience to get these documents via a one-stop shop. There are some other actions to be carried out – our final goal is to ensure that 100% of the documents are provided via a one-stop shop”, Prime Minister Pavel Filip stated.
AIS MIPD was developed within the framework of a project initiated by the Government with the financial support of the World Bank. The implementation of the system will contribute to facilitate the process of issuing permissive documents both to entrepreneurs and public authorities.
