Another Multifunctional Center of the Public Services Agency was opened today, July 18, 2018, in Causeni district. The opening ceremony of the one-stop shop in Causeni was attended by the local authorities, the Parliamentary Deputy Sergiu Sirbu and the top management of the PSA.
According to the director of the Public Services Agency Sergiu Railean, the public service reform is a priority of the current Government and is meant to provide the citizens with quality services. „Here, in Causeni 17 operators are working. Beginning next week, their number will be supplemented by four. Everything is done for the comfort of the citizens, in order that they could come only to one place, only once and with a minimum set of documents”, Sergiu Railean mentioned.
The Parliamentary Deputy Sergiu Sirbu said: „There is a bit of skepticism whether we will manage to bring toghether five large enterprises that provide a variety of public services in a one-stop shop. It was a very big challenge, but a year has already passed and what previously seemed to be impossible was realised”.
Present at the event, the representatives of local authorities welcomed the launch of the Multifunctional Center Causeni. „I think that today we are opening a new page in the history of the town. I want to thank the Public Services Agency for changing the image of this 1960s building and changing our town’s appearance”, the Head of the District Nicolae Gorban said.
The office is located at 4 Mihai Eminescu Street. After the reparation works, the office was transformed into a modern space that provides citizens with the highest level of comfort. Within the Multifunctional Center Causeni over 81 000 inhabitants of the district will have access to services such as: registration of the population, registration and licensing of legal entities, registration and valuation of real estate. The service of driver’s license exchange is also available. The Public Services Agency will open such centers in all the districts of the country, including the capital city.
