Starting Monday July 30, 2018 until August 25, 2018, another five multifunctional centres of the Public Services Agency extend their work schedule. Thus, for the Identity Documents Office and the Civil Status Offices within the multifunctional centres Causeni, Comrat, Ialoveni, Singerei and the multifunctional centre Balti, which is currently in a testing mode, the days from Monday to Saturday will be working days with a work schedule from 8.00 to 17.00. Therewith, the number of operators of the multifunctional centre Causeni has been supplemented by four.
At the same time, starting July 30, 2018, the permanent work schedule of the Legal Units Registration Services and the Territorial Cadastre Services within the multifunctional centres will be set from Monday to Friday, and the days of Saturday and Sunday are weekend days.
The Identity Documents Offices, the Civil Status Offices and the Divisions (Bureaus) of vehicle registration and driver qualifications of the multifunctional centres will work on a permanent basis from Tuesday to Saturday. Exceptions are multifunctional centres with an extended work schedule during the summer months.
In this regard, we inform the persons who have been registered to the Identity Documents Office Balti on Sunday, July 29, 2018, that they should apply to the multifunctional center of the city for a re-registration on any other working day, at their choice.
Please note, that starting July 16, 2018, the multifunctional centres Rezina, Cahul and Anenii Noi, as well as the multifunctional centres Chisinau No. 1 on the Mihai Viteazul street and Chisinau No 3 on the Mihail Sadoveanu street, which are currently working in a testing mode, will work six days a week instead of five. In addition, the employees’ schedule of the Rezina and Anenii Noi offices is from 7.30 to 17.00. The new work schedule will be valid until August 25, 2018.
