The first batch of questionnaires in which the citizens expressed their opinion on the quality of service within the multifunctional centers of the Agency was analyzed by the specialists from the Department of Public Services Management. According to statistical data, the average degree of customer satisfaction is 95 percent. The inhabitants of Telenesti and Straseni districts are satisfied with the activity of the centers in a proportion of 99,5 percent. In Singerei, Briceni, Falesti, Floresti and Rezina districts over 98% of the respondents appreciated the level of proficiency of the employees and the conditions for the provision of services, and in Vulcanesti, Balti, Soldanesti, Comrat and Ialoveni districts 97% evaluated positively the service provided by multifunctional centers.
Starting July 21, 2018, at every counter citizens may find questionnaires that can be easily and quickly filled in. Using them the applicants expressed their point of view regarding the preliminary registration for services, attitude of employees in the information area, the electronic queue service, the quality of service provision and opinion about the payment services. They also stated some of the proposals aimed at improving the work of multifunctional centers. Some people wish to have cafes in the PSA offices, and others think that the music should sound in multifunctional centers.
The most requested services in the offices are the cadastral ones, followed by the services of population documentation and civil status services. So far, over 4000 questionnaires have been analyzed in all the multifunctional centers of the Public Services Agency.
