The Deputy of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova Cornel Dudnic, the President of the People's Assembly of Gagauzia Vladimir Cissa, the Mayor of Vulcanesti Victor Petrioglo and the members of the executive board of the PSA  participated in the opening ceremony of the Vulcanesti Multifunctional Center.

„This center will provide serveces in modern conditions both to physical and juridical persons. The multifunctional center is a new concept of service that operates based on the „open space” principle, where everything is visible and the processes are open and transparent”, Vitalie Ciolac, the Deputy Director of the Agency said. According to him, the institution is constantly modernizing. „In order to reduce the operation processes we will digitize all the archives of the institution to relieve citizens of unnecessary visits”, Vitalie Ciolac added.

The Deputy of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova Cornel Dudnic said that good projects should continue, so that citizens can live better and have no need to go abroad.

The President of the People's Assembly of ATU Gagauzia Vladimir Cissa positively appreciated the simplification of the process of providing public services. "Previously, to get the registration of domicile the citizen had to go to the Cadastre. There he had to receive an extract that afterwards had to be presented to the IDO. Only following all that, the citizen could submit the documents and receive the domicile registration. Today, however, citizens come with the ID card only, take the ticket via electronic queue and receive quality services in one place”, Vladimir Cissa said.

The office is located in the center of the town, on Lenin Street 93 B. The staff includes 12 operators. The interior has a modern design and provide high level conditions both for citizens and employees of the institution. The applicants will be served according to the electronic queue, and for people who are waiting there are benches and screens where the order numbers are displayed. To enhance the quality of service delivery, video and audio surveillance systems have been installed in all multifunctional centers.

26 multifunctional centers have been opened in the country up till now. The results of a survey conducted by the PSA show that more than 95 percent of the people who applied for services to these offices are satisfied with the employees' work and the conditions within the centers.
