The most popular electronic services provided by the PSA are in the field of cadastre

The electronic services provided by the Public Services Agency are among the most frequently accessed e-services provided by the institutions in the country. Among the total of 40 services rendered by the PSA that are available online, the most frequently accessed services are the cadastral ones. Since the beginning of this year and up to now, about three million page views have been recorded for verifying data in the Real Estate Registry. This service is free of charge and provides citizens with the opportunity to view at any time the data on  immovable property they own and which is registered in the territory of the Republic of Moldova.

Another popular e-service is related to the issuance of the birth certificate duplicate. Approximately 30 000 applications were registered online this year. The duplicates of civil status certificates have the same legal force as the certificates issued at the time of registration of the civil status document. The duplicate is issued in case of damage or loss of the certificate and upon the request to issue a new-type certificate in the context of its transcription into Latinscript.

Among the most frequently accessed electronic services are the verification of IDNP personal data by natural persons - 25 000 website hits  this year and the verification of the IDNO registration number of legal entities - 3 400 website hits . The electronic service of IDNP data verification allows the applicant to access online certain data contained in the State Register of Population and the e-service of IDNO verification allow legal entities to obtain data from the State Register of Legal Entities.

To request the electronic services provided by the PSA, the applicants can submit their applications online using the electronic, mobile signature or the electronic identity card. There is no additional charge for these services. Some electronic services of the Public Services Agency are provided free of charge. For example: the verification of the status of the document, viewing of personal data, checking of the availability of the registration number plate, information about the vehicle, information in the Real Estate Register, etc. The complete list of the electronic services and their detailed description can be found on the Agency's website by accessing the link: http://www.asp.gov.md/en/node/2709.
