Another multifunctional center for public services provision based on the one-stop shop principle was inaugurated today, October 3, 2018, by the Public Services Agency in Cantemir. The event was attended by the Deputy Elena Bacalu, the local public authorities and the PSA leadership.
“Today we are opening a new multifunctional center, the first one we have built starting with laying of the foundation. The inhabitants of Cantemir district, as well as of other districts, because we excluded the territorial principle, will be able to come here and access public services in one place under decent conditions”, the director of the Public Services Agency, Sergiu Railean said. He assured that the institution he represents will continue to improve the process of public services provision.
During the event, Elena Bacalu noted the investments made by the Government led by Pavel Filip to develop the Republic of Moldova. “The south of the country changes also. With the joint efforts made by the Government, the District Council and you as well, we have succeeded in achieving a rather good and necessary result, because we want to remove the bureaucracy in the field of public services”, the Deputy mentioned.
The Head of Cantemir district, Andrei Ciobanu, specified that with the opening of the Cantemir Multifunctional Center, the population in the region will benefit from public services at European level.
Located on 4 Basarabia Street, the Cantemir Multifunctional Center has 18 trained operators ready to provide public services at the highest level. Here, the citizens will be provided with services in the fields of: population registration, registration and licensing of legal entities, registration and valuation of real estate. Moreover, within the office the applicants may also request the driving license exchange .
Cantemir Multifunctional Center offers high-level conditions for both visitors and Agency staff. At the entrance, the citizens will find the information area, where they can request the necessary assistance, and in the service provision area there are the counters, where the applicants can submit the applications and receive the documents. The services are provided to citizens, who are served on the basis of the electronic queue. At the same time, the pre-registration is available for all the PSA services.
It should be mentioned that the Public Services Agency will open multifunctional centers in all the districts of the country.
