More than 100 thousand inhabitants from 63 localities will have access to modern public services in one place. Today, October 4, 2018, a multifunctional center that will provide services to the citizens according to the one-stop shop principle was inaugurated in Hincesti district. The inauguration ceremony of the 30th multifunctional center was attended by the Deputies Anatolie Zagorodnii and Angel Agache, local authorities and executive board of the PSA.
“In all our centers we have implemented the electronic queue, the pre-registration, our services are provided according to the one-stop shop principle, and now we are working to improve the effectiveness of our internal processes. The information shall be exchanged between the state institutions so that the citizen shall come only with the identity card and have no need to to spend neither money nor time”, said Mr. Sergiu Railean, the Director of the Public Services Agency.
The Head of the District Ghenadie Buza thanked the government and the PSA executive board on behalf of the inhabitants of Hincesti district for the opening of the Multifunctional Center. “I discussed today with the citizens waiting for documents issuance and they told me that it was necessary to build such a center. Due to the Government and the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, good things happen in Hincesti and not only, because such centers are built in all the districts of the country”, the official mentioned.
The Deputies present at the event welcomed the operability of the PSA project and mentioned that this is due to the teamwork of the current government. “Today we are witnessing one of the performances of the Government of the Republic of Moldova. We have passed from words to deeds. We are witnessing the opening of this multifunctional center, where the citizen will benefit from modern and operative services, and the employees will have European conditions”, Anatolie Zagorodnii declared. His colleague, Angel Agache, specified: “Along with the opening of the Hincesti Multifunctional Center, the reforms started at the national level are felt at the local level”.
Hincesti Multifunctional Center is located on 12 A Chisinau Street. In the office, citizens can request the following services: documents issuance and population registration, civil status, registration and licensing of legal entities, registration and valuation of real estate, as well as other services in the areas of competence of the Agency.
The services are provided by 21 operators according to the electronic queue and on the basis of pre-registration. To enhance the quality of service, the center is monitored both video and audio.
