The Public Services Agency started today, October 15, 2018, an on-line survey, which aims to improve the quality of services provision within the multifunctional centers. The question list can be filled in on the Agency’s website www.asp.gov.md at the top of the web page.
The applicants may express their opinion regarding registration, electronic queue, waiting time, service quality, and the staff’s attitude. First, the applicant will select the multifunctional center where the service was provided, then, the date of the visit, the number of the counter, the sphere/spheres in which the services were requested. Moreover, the citizens can express their objections and suggestions in writing form.
In the summer of 2018 the Public Services Agency launched a similar paper-based survey. Questionnaires were available at every counter of the multifunctional centers . Through them, the applicants may express their views regarding the work of the PSA offices and the attitude of the staff.
Until now, 9524 questionnaires have been filled in and analyzed. The results showed a high degree of the citizens’ satisfaction with the services’ provision in the multifunctional centers – 96, 5 %. 99 per cent of respondents were satisfied with the information area, 98 % appreciated the service at the counters, and 97 % - the electronic queue.
