Starting February 1, 2019, the Public Services Agency will receive applications for issuing authorization for export, re-export, import and transit of strategic goods (with dual destination).
The new tasks were taken over by the Public Services Agency from the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure as a result of the amendments to the Law no. 160 of July 22, 2011, on the regulation through the authorisation of the entrepreneurial activity, through the Law no.140 of July 27, 2018.
