The Public Services Agency continues to take steps in order to improve the quality of services delivery to citizens via multifunctional centers. This time they refer to the cadastral services rendered within the Multifunctional Center Chisinau 2 (MC Chisinau 2) on 47 A.Pushkin Street.
Thus, the information from the real estate cadastre will be provided according to the „electronic queue” system, and all the other cadastral services will be rendered exclusively on the basis of pre-registration. This will make the queue management process more efficient.
Amendments on services for the provision of information from the real estate cadastre according to the electronic queue will be implemented starting April 15, 2019. For this purpose, two desks in the office will mainly serve the persons requesting extracts from the real estate register. These services are also available online. (link)
As from April 22, cadastral services and works will be performed only on the basis of pre-registration. In this regard, the number of applicants for daily pre-registration was increased fivefold by the PSA. As a result, it will be possible to serve one hundred applicants more, compared to the old system. Until now, the average number of people willing to register for a specific service was 25 applicants per day.
The pre-registration can be done directly at the Bureau of information and secretariat of the MC Chisinau 2, on the oficial site of the institution www.asp.gov.md or by phone 14 909, (+373 22) 25-70-70.
Please note that the legal entities registered in the Chisinau municipality requesting more than five cadastral services will be served, based on pre-registration, in the Multifunctional Center Chisinau 3, located on 17 M. Sadoveanu Street.
