Please note, that for an efficient time management citizens have the opportunity to plan their visit to the subdivisions of the Public Services Agency and benefit from services provided by the institution on a priority basis by preregistering at any multifunctional center of the PSA using the Information System “Electronic preregistration” via the official website of the Agency www.asp.gov.md or by phone calling the multifunctional centers at the contact numbers displayed in the section “Useful information/Territorial subdivisions” or via Call-center by dialing 14 909, (+373 22) 25-70-70.
The preregistration is opened for a period of three months and it is available for services rendered by the PSA, such as: civil status services, identity documents issuance, cadastral services, theoretical and practical exams for obtaining the driving licence. By a click on “Register now” on the www.asp.gov.md web-page or using the direct link www.programarea.asp.gov.md, the preregistration service is available for 24 hours depending on the work schedule of the relevant multifunctional center.
It should be mentioned that the pre-registration to the services provided by the Public Services Agency is free of charge.
According to the statistical data over 461279 persons have benefited from pre-registration from the beginning of 2018 to August 17, 2019.
Please note that people with disabilities, elderly persons and children up to 3 years old benefit from the PSA services on a priority basis.
