The Public Services Agency, according to the responsibilities assumed in the context of ensuring a proper conduct of the second round of voting for the general local elections, informs the citizens of the Republic of Moldova with voting rights:
During the period October 29 - November 3, 2019, the territorial subdivisions of the PSA will ensure the free of charge issuance of the provisional identity document at the request of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova who do not have identity documents or whose identity documents are not valid, including those who do not benefit from facilitation when issuing this document under the legal provisions.
We inform you, that during the period October 29 - November 2, 2019, at the request of citizens of the Republic of Moldova over 18 years of age, registration of a permanent or temporary residence will be carried out according to the territorial principle of providing services to the population, and namely - at the Multifunctional centers and the Identity documents offices in whose area of territorial jurisdiction the housing is located, on which the applicant has the right of ownership or use under the legal provisions.
On Sunday, November 3, 2019, the Multifunctional centers and the Identity documents offices will operate according to a special work schedule. Therefore, they will be opened from 7.00 to 21.00 and the employees will issue provisional identity documents and hand over the already made identity documents.
The citizens will be served according to the territorial principle, at the Multifunctional center and the Identity documents offices in whose area of territorial jurisdiction the applicant has a valid registration of a permanent or temporary residence.
The applicants will not submit civil status documents, if no changes in their personal data have been made since the issuance of the last identity document, or if information about personal data and their changes is recorded in the State Register of Population.
It should be mentioned that the citizens of the Republic of Moldova who have submitted the application for the identity documents issuance from October 22 to October 31, 2019, can receive the identity document until November 1, 2019, even if the order deadline exceeds this date, regardless of the fee paid.
