The Public Services Agency announces that starting April 6, 2020 the working activity of the Multifunctional center no.4 in Chisinau municipality (6, Decebal Street) shall be ceased.
The applicants for cadastral services, who have registered for services at the Multifunctional center no. 4 will be notified additionally about the transfer of the registration and about the provision of services within other territorial subdivisions of the Public Services Agency in Chisinau. The issued cadastral documents will be delivered to the Multifunctional center no. 3 (Chisinau municipality, 17 Sadoveanu Street).
The declaration of the fact of death with the issuance of the death certificate is carried out by the Civil Status Service Chisinau municipality (11, Alexei Mateevici Street). A provisional identity card of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova is issued within any multifunctional center of the PSA.
The working activity of the Multifunctional center no. 4 shall be resumed during the current week.
