Today, 01.07.2020, the Public Services Agency inaugurated the opening of a new office of the Territorial Cadastral Service in Chisinau municipality (located on 42B Armeneasca Street).
The event was attended by representatives of the top management of the Public Services Agency, representatives of the local public administration – Mr. Victor Chironda, Deputy Mayor of Chisinau municipality, Mrs. Eleonora Saran, Mayor of Durlesti town, as well as representatives of the economic agents.
Mr. Vladislav Zara, Director of the PSA, opened the official ceremony reiterating the advantages of the activity of the office and specified that after analyzing the performance indicators registered by the PSA in terms of service provision to business environment and public authorities it was decided to provide a specialized office for serving this category of beneficiaries involved in the land administration process.
The office will provide services based on pre-registration, according to the work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8.30–16.30, to the representatives of central public authorities, representatives of local public authorities from all the localities that are part of Chisinau municipality, representatives of the business environment, which concomitantly operate with more than 5 immovable properties, as well as to legal entities requesting services on a 24-hour basis.
The services that can be requested at the cadastral office on 42B Armeneasca Street are similar to those offered by the Multifunctional Centers, thus optionally creating new opportunities for the delivery of public services.
