The Public Services Agency reminds you that for a more convenient and fast service provision the applicants, who apply to the subdivisions of vehicle registration and driver documentation to exchange or restore their driving licences of 1995, 2008, 2015 and 2019 years models, have the possibility to exchange the driving licence both at the Chisinau Multifunctional Centers no. 2 (47 A.Pushkin Street), no. 3 (17 Mihail Sadoveanu Street) and no. 4 (6 Decebal Avenue), and at the vehicle registration and driver documentation divisions no. 10 (Chisinau municipality, 14 Calea Ieşilor Street), no. 11 (Chisinau municipality, 1 Socoleni Street), regardless of the subdivision that initially issued the respective document.
At the same time, we emphasize that you also may place the order for the exchange of the driving licence (1995 year model) on the basis of the electronic application through the electronic services portal www.e-services.md. This service is available only for the persons who have identity documents issued by the authorities of the Republic of Moldova, holders of driving licences that are registered in the Automated Information System “State Register of Drivers”.
