It should be reminded that on Sunday, November 1, 2020, on the day of the elections of the President of the Republic of Moldova, the Multifunctional Centers of the Public Services Agency will operate according to a special work schedule: from 700 to 2100.
At the request of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova over the age of 18, provisional identity cards will be issued and the manufactured identity cards will be handed over.
It should be mentioned that between October 27 and November 1, 2020, the Multifunctional Centers of the PSA will ensure the free of charge issuance of the provisional identity card at the request of citizens of the Republic of Moldova who do not have an identity card or whose identity card is not valid, including those who do not benefit from facilitation when issuing this document under the legal provisions.
The issuance of provisional identity cards during the stated period is carried out according to the territorial principle. The presentation of civil status documents is not necessary if there have been no changes in personal data since the issuance of the last identity document or if the information on personal data and their modification is attested in the State Register of Population.
The citizens of the Republic of Moldova, who submitted the application for the issuance of the identity card from October 1 to October 29, 2020, can receive the identity card until October 30, 2020, even if the deadline for the document production exceeds the mentioned date, regardless of the paid fee.
