In order to improve the quality of services provided to citizens the Public Services Agency carries out an online survey in order to study the opinion of applicants regarding the quality of services provided via the Call Center of the Public Services Agency. The applicants can express their opinion on the quality of services rendered by the PSA Call Center operators related to consultation, pre-registration, online placement of orders for services, as well as regarding the waiting time to contact the Call Center operators.
The quality of the provided services is a matter of priority for us, we really appreciate your opinion and invite you to express your remarks and suggestions and we will strive to continuously improve the quality of our services for you.
