The Public Services Agency announces that starting January 4, 2021, all the Multifunctional Centers of Chisinau municipality will issue the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova, the identity card of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova and the accompanying sheet of the identity card within 24 hours.
Furthermore, from Monday, January 4, 2021, the Multifunctional Center no.2 (Puskin Street, no.47) will provide the following services:
- the issuance of the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova, the identity card of the Republic of Moldova, as well as the accompanying sheet of the identity card on the date of request;
- the issuance of the certificate containing data from the State Register of Population or from the manual card-file of population registration within 3 and 6 hours;
- the provision of services through the Mobile Office.
Starting January 11, the Multifunctional Center no.2 (Puskin Street, no.47) will provide services to the citizens according to a new work schedule: Monday-Saturday, from 07:30 am to 04:00 pm.
At the same time, please note that starting January 11, 2021, the Identity Documents Office “Centru” of Chisinau municipality (Alexandru cel Bun Street, no.56) will temporary cease the provision of services. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that starting January 12, 2021, the documents issued on the basis of the applications submitted until January 9, 2021, at the Identity Documents Office “Centru” of Chisinau municipality will be handed over within the Multifunctional Center no.4 (Chisinau municipality, Decebal Street, no.6).
