The Public Services Agency announces that the service for issuing vehicle registration certificates (VP) provided within 24 hours shall be rendered in all the territorial subdivisions of vehicle registration of Chisinau municipality. The applications for the required service shall be submitted from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm according to the established work schedule (the address of the required subdivision and the work schedule can be found on the following link: http://www.asp.gov.md/en/node/2574).
Please note, that the applications to exchange the driving licence in Chisinau municipality may be submitted by the citizens to the competent territorial subdivisions:
- Division of Expedited Issuance of Machine-Readable Documents (Pushkin Street, no.42),
- Drivers' Qualification Division (Salcimilor Street, no.28),
- Division of Vehicle Registration and Issuance of Drivers’ Documents no. 10 (Calea Iesilor Street, no. 14) and no. 11 (Socoleni Street, no.1),
and also to the Multifunctional Centers in Chisinau municipality:
- Multifunctional Center no.2 (Puskin Street, no. 47),
- Multifunctional Center no.3 (Mihail Sadoveanu Street, no. 17),
- Multifunctional Center no.4 (Decebal Boulevard, no. 6).
