The Public Services Agency informs that on January 1, 2021, the Law no. 257 of 16.12.2020 has entered into force, by which some amendments to the Law no. 291 of 16.12.2016 on the organization and conduct of gambling were made, and respectively, the responsibilities of PSA were supplemented in terms of implementation of state policy in the field of organization and conduct of gambling, namely, the identification of gambling websites, which are not authorized in the established manner, and immediate notification of the competent authorities about the identified unauthorized activities.
Subsequently, the PSA encourages citizens, individuals or legal entities, representatives of the media and civil society to submit solicitations in this regard to the Public Services Agency at the address: Chisinau municipality, Aleksandr Pushkin Street, no.42 or by email address asp@asp.gov.md.
At the same time, we would like to bring to your attention that the updated list of web pages/platforms/applications providing access to gambling, which are not authorized in accordance with the established procedure, will be published on the official website of the Public Services Agency, in the section “Useful Information”.
