The Public Services Agency announces that some services for providing information from the Register of the Real Estate, ordered online and previously available only for the real estate located in Chisinau municipality, can be requested through the Internet for all the real estate located on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, as follows:
- Issuance of the cadastral plan at the cadastral sector level – which is the graphical representation of information on all the registered land parcels included in a cadastral sector;
- Issuance of the cadastral plan for an immovable property: land parcel, isolated premises or a parking space – which is the graphical representation from the cadastral data base of the registered real estate;
- Issuance of the extract from the Register of the Real Estate or extract from the additional chapter to the Register of the Real Estate. This option is available, on an expedited basis, for the real estate located in municipalities and cities.
Please note that the documents ordered, on an expedited basis, through the online service and paid through the Mpay until 12:00 a.m. of the payment date, may be picked up on the same day from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. from the Cadastral Territorial Office, in whose area of activity the real estate is.
