The Public Services Agency repeatedly draws your attention to the fact that the pre-registration and expedited pre-registration for the theoretical and practical examination for obtaining the driving license at the competent territorial subdivisions of PSA, shall be done exclusively through the Agency's resources: online by accessing the official website of the institution www.asp.gov.md, by telephone at the contact numbers of the territorial subdivisions for vehicles registration and drivers qualification or directly at the office, as well as by calling the unique number of the Call Center 14 909.
The expedited registration at the competent subdivisions of Chisinau and Balti municipalities shall be carried out exclusively through the Agency's website www.asp.gov.md.
Please note that starting January 1, 2021, the hour for the pre-registration on an expedited basis for the driving licence examination (theoretical/practical test) has changed from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and, respectively, the expedited pre-registration shall be available from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., within the limits of available places. We would like to point out that the “Electronic Pre-registration” module is reliable and operates in accordance with the established technical requirements.
It should be mentioned that both the pre-registration and expedited pre-registration service for the examination, is provided free of charge by the Public Services Agency. Furthermore, the fee paid in such cases during the process of admission to the driving licence exam, when filing the relevant application, represents the tariff for the provision of the examination service.
The Public Services Agency recommends to the persons applying for pre-registration for driving licence exam, both on ordinary and expedited basis, to avoid proposals regarding pre-registration for the driving license exams suggested by third parties in any form, for which advanced payment is required. We also recommend not to transmit the personal data, including the copies of driving school graduation certificates and identity documents through the applications such as ”Telegram”, ”WhatsApp”, ”Viber”, etc.
With respect to all the cases detected in relation to the fraudulent pre-registration through third parties, the Public Services Agency has notified the competent law enforcement bodies and has taken a series of measures aimed at ensuring a transparent and qualitative process for the provision of the pre-registration services and admission to the driving licence exam.
Please note that the disclosure of your personal data to the fraudsters can entail serious consequences as a result of their use for criminal purposes. Don't become prey for a fraudster!
