Implementation of the Automated Information System for the Management and Issuance of Permissive Documents

The Public Services Agency points out that all the requests for the issuance of permissive documents are processed exclusively through the Automated Information System for the management and issuance of permissive documents (AIS MIPD).

AIS MIPD contributes to the facilitation of the process of issuance of permissive documents both for entrepreneurs and issuing public authorities by using a single information system for the management of the application receipt, communication and information exchange process between the authorities involved in the issuance of permissive documents and subsequently delivery of these documents. AIS MIPD represents the information resource “Register of Permissive Documents”.  

The project on the implementation of a single information window of permissive documents in the Republic of Moldova is financially supported by the World Bank and aims at the interaction between the business environment and state institutions that ensure the issuance of permissive documents.

According to the Government Decision no.551 of 13 June 2018, the Public Services Agency was assigned the position of the holder of the AIS MIPD. Currently, the measures provided in the Government Decision no.913 of 16 December 2020 on the transfer of the AIS holder position from the PSA to the e-Governance Agency (EGA) are carried out. In this regard, the Delivery and Acceptance Act of the AIS MIPD from the MEI (possessor) and PSA (holder) to the EGA was drawn up within the PSA, Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure and Project Implementation Unit of the World Bank Competitiveness Enhancement Project.
