Within the Public Institution “Public Services Agency” was completed the self-assessment process of the Internal Management Control System (IMC) implemented according to the provisions of Law no. 229/2010 on public internal financial control, Decision of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova no.24 of 18.08.2020, Order of the Ministry of Finance no.4 of 09.01.2019 on approval of the Regulation on assessment, reporting of the internal management control system and issuance of the Declaration of management responsibility, Order of the Ministry of Finance no. 189 of 05.11.2015 on approval of the National Standards of internal control in the public sector.
The analysis carried out on the basis of information received from the structural subdivisions of the PSA shows that during 2020 complex activities were carried out aimed at consolidating management responsibility for the optimal management of resources in accordance with the established objectives and standards. The degree of compliance of the Internal Management Control System within the Public Services Agency was also assessed.
