On the first day of spring, the Public Services Agency inaugurated the first center designed to provide services to the business environment – the Multifunctional Center no. 5, located in Chisinau municipality, Alexandru cel Bun Street, no.56. The center will provide public services to legal entities, central and local public authorities of Chisinau municipality, as well as to individuals.
The Multifunctional Center no. 5 will work according to the following work schedule: from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 to 16:00.
The Director of the Public Services Agency Vladislav Zara specified that the new center will provide services of licensing, real estate registration, and cadastral works. Beneficiaries will be able to apply for state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and other services.
We are constantly striving to improve and modernize the services provided by the Agency in all our territorial subdivisions. The activity of the multifunctional centers, including the Center no. 5 is based on the “One-stop shop” and “Open space” principles. To manage the flow of citizens the electronic queue system is implemented, and to ensure comfortable conditions for applicants and reduce the queues all the services are provided by the Center based on preliminary registration, taking into account the number of registration objects and the time required.
It should be also mentioned that on March 1 we mark a historic event. 26 years ago, on March 1, 1995, the first blank form of the first passport of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova was filled in and subsequently issued to the applicant. Since then, the PSA has been very successful in improving and modernizing the services provided to the citizens.
The official inauguration was attended by the executive board of the Public Services Agency, the Mayor of Chisinau municipality Mr. Ion Ceban, as well as the representatives of the business environment.
